TYPES OF CRUSHERS |
 |
OMZ manufactures cone crushers with 1750, 2200 and 3000 mm
crushing head diameters. These crushers are available with two types of
crushing chambers: KCД for intermediate crushing and KMД for fine
crushing. These types of crushing chambers are also available with
modifications for coarse crushing (Гp,Гp2) and for fine crushing (T).
Additional options include: remote control (Д), feed distributor (П) and
vibro isolated base (B). Special designed crushers capable of taking
unusually large feed pieces and producing finer or cubed finished
product are available on request. The designation of a crusher includes
abbreviations denoting its type, crushing head base diameter,
modification of crushing chamber and additional modification (if any).
Example: a crusher for fine crushing with crushing head base diameter of
2200 mm, crushing chamber modification T, remote control and feed
distributor is designated as KMД-2200T-ДП. |

The front-end equipment is manufactured of high-strength steels,
ensuring trouble-free operation under high dynamic loads. A specific
geometry of dipper allows to load rocks into the trucks with 75 -120 t
capacity, and also into the railway dumpcars. Rotation gears are
planetary. They are more compact and reliable in comparison with
cylindric ones. The equally-spaced location of gears excludes a radial
loading on bearing of king journal. The boom is hold in the
operative position with four guys, ensuring reliability in operation.
The crawler is with open large rollers, with arranged above the ground
tumbler sprockets, equipped with replaceable driven teeth. Driven
electric motors, located on
|
aclinal bracket, provide easiness of
erection, centering adjustment and execution of repair works. The forced
air-cooling of the propel motors provides unlimited practically drive
operating regime at travel along prepared route at the velocity up to
1.1 km/h. Two-axis hand-worked command-apparatuses, the devices
for vibration insulation of operator seat and air-conditioning system
create the comfortable conditions for excavator driving. Electric
drive of the shovel main mechanisms is made as the motor-generator
system, controlled by thyristor energizers. Electric driver
control system provides optimal mechanical characteristics of drive at
high efficiency. Electric drive system is easy to maintain, reliable and
provides low operation expenses.

Production of uniform, high quality crushed product with high efficient –
is the characteristic features of our crushers. The unique methods of calculations
in combination with foremost software allow to create crushers which fulfill all
requirements of our customers |
- Reliable gripping of large feed pieces.
- Breaking all pieces with such deformations that will not lead to
material compaction and crusher overloads.
- Compression of each piece in the calibrating zone thus maintaining
the required product size.
|
- Free flow of material between compressions thus contributing to high outputs.
- The software developed by the OMZ research center enables us to combine the
most suitable crushing chamber shape and head angle, eccentricity and crushing head
gyration frequency to minimize the power and liners consumption at the
specified product size and capacity.

Hydraulic setting |
|
◊ Ensures a stable crushed product quality, eliminates time and labor consuming manual adjustments.
◊ To adjust the discharge opening the bowl is rotated in the adjustment ring thread using the bowl
clamping and rotating devices.
◊ The bowl is clamped for crushing due to axially tightening with a set of precompressed coil springs arranged on the threaded ring flange. To release the clamping force before adjustment hydraulic cylinders are actuated and compress additionally the springs.
◊ The bowl rotating device consists of a hydraulic cylinder with a ram attached on a vertical post.
◊ The device may be operated automatically, when all movements of one adjustment cycle, corresponding to cap rotation angle equivalent to one tooth pitch, are performed sequentially. Otherwise, each movement may be controlled manually.

- Product sizes given for working discharge openings which exceed the set openings by the value associated with clearances in the eccentric bearings.
- The product size percentages are given for crushing crystalline materials of non-plate texture and may depend on the crushing chamber type selected, feed size, moisture or clay content in the feed, or other factors.
- The expected product size gradation for individual conditions may be determined in the OMZ research center by laboratory tests of feed samples from the customer.
- The accurate product size gradation for specific conditions should be determined by actual testing.
