| ◊ OMZ produces a wide range of primary and
secondary cone crushers with feed openings ranging from 500 to
1500 mm. |
| ◊ Each unit undergoes final assembly and
testing on special test stands, thus ensuring high quality. |
| ◊ Our crushers are being used to process
various materials including toughest titanium magnetite ores and
clay containing kimberlites – at ore processing plants and in
quarries around the world. Many of these crushers operate
continuously without standby units. |
| ◊ Secondary crushes are used in four-stage
production after the primay crusher. The secondary crusher
provides a high grade of material crushing, thus enabling a more
effective use of intermediate and fine crushers. |
| ◊ If you are looking for special application
take a good look at our purpose-designed crushers which are also
available. They include units for in-pit crushing on mobile
platforms, for crushing ores with low surface friction, for
crushing extra tough and hard materials. |

The OMZ
cone crushers are widely used for crushing ferrous and
non-ferrous ores, diamond containing ores, cement raw
materials, coals, in the construction aggregate production
and in many other areas. More than one billion tons of raw
materials are processed annually in OMZ cone crushers at the
largest mines and quarries all around the world. |

Built-in maintenance means
save time and money |

◊ The OMZ primary and secondary crushers are equipped with
built-in maintenance means facilitating the time-consuming processes of
installation and upkeep. ◊ The hydraulic cylinders located at
the bottom shell make the installation and removal of the countershaft
easier and quicker. Special hydraulic nuts ensure a reliable tightening
of large diameter threaded connections, such as fixing bolts, which attach
the spider, top and bottom shells, as well as the hydraulic cylinder for
the discharge setting. |

◊ The delivery set of crushers equipped with
a bottom hydraulic cylinder for discharge setting includes a special carriage
with a lifting platform for installation or removal of the hydraulic cylinder.
◊ Other options include:
-a device for tightening the crusher mantle nut
-a crusher mantle removal device
-a device for the disassembly of the threaded spider suspension of the mainshaft
- hydraulic jacks to disconnect the taper connections of the crusher housing parts.
